DIRECTOR
REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
Tiffany is a qualified remedial massage therapist who completed her studies at the Melbourne Institute of Massage. For the past 15 years Tiffany has been treating patients of all ages. She has a keen interest in sports massage, treating elite athletes, gym enthusiasts, weekly runners and cyclists.
Tiffany is qualified in pregnancy and relaxation massage, cupping and ear candling.
Her passion is to continue encouraging her patients to stay fit and active. She believes that ongoing education for your health is vital.
Tiffany enjoys keeping a healthy lifestyle by playing basketball, attending pilates classes and competing in long distance running events. She also loves to cook, share recipes and find the best new local café in the eastern suburbs.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
Lisa is a qualified remedial massage therapist who completed her studies at the Melbourne Institute of Massage. Previously, she worked as a beauty therapist in some of the top hotels and spa’s in Melbourne, however she was always interested in the musculoskeletal system and how massage could reduce pain and improve flexibility.
Lisa knows the importance of helping you relax and restore your body. She has a holistic approach to her treatments, by incorporating a range of techniques such as trigger point therapy, cupping, myofascial release and PNF stretching. She has recently has under taken further studies in lymphatic drainage and scar therapy massage. Where she can assist you with pre and post surgery intervention.
Lisa hopes to assist you in reaching your individual health and wellbeing goals. She believes the benefits of massage are incredible not only for the body but also for the mind and soul.
She is a mother of two boys and when she is not running around after them, she enjoys walking her dog, reading a good book and sewing.
TARYN BROOK
MYOTHERAPIST &
REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
Taryn is a qualified myotherapist and remedial massage therapist who completed her studies in 2006. Her passion is to help her clients get back to optimal health for their day to day living. Taryn’s treatment style can be suited to all with both a gentle but yet firm approach. Her skill set includes trigger point therapy, dry needling, cupping, pregnancy massage along with recommending take home stretches and exercises.
Whilst recently Taryn has taken time away from the health industry to focus on her career as a secondary teacher we are pleased that she has decided to return.
She has two beautiful children which keep her on her toes and enjoys spending time with friends and family on the weekends.
TARA BLAIR
REMEDIAL MASSAGE THERAPIST
Tara is a qualified remedial massage therapist who graduated in 2018. She has previously worked alongside numerous practitioners such as chiropractor's, podiatrist's and physio's. Tara has treated many clients from AFL legend Mick Malthouse, AFLW superstar Katie Brennan and many WNBL athletes.
She is passionate about healthcare and helping people live the best life they can which is why she followed a career in massage. Tara also loves assisting people achieve their goals whether that's playing a game of sport, running a marathon or just getting out of bed every day and being able to move their body with ease! It gives her great joy helping people.
Tara has played high level basketball and knows the importance of keeping the body pain free from the demands of sport. She works with numerous athletes from a wide range of sports such as football, basketball and bodybuilding. She uses a firm deep tissue treatment style to help manage injury prevention to enable her patients to perform at their best.
She's a mum of 2 gorgeous kids who keep her very busy. In her down time she's playing basketball on weeknights and forever the ultimate competitor. She also enjoys a cheeky wine or beer and loves to get away on holidays with her family in the high country.
DR. THOMAS JACOTINE
OSTEOPATH
Thomas graduated from Victoria University with a double degree in Health Sciences and Applied Science (Osteopathy).
Thomas has a particular interest in the athletic population, stemming from his love and ongoing involvement in sport. He treats a variety of musculoskeletal complaints including sport injuries, degenerative conditions as well as acute pain in the neck, lower back and hips.
As a passionate follower of the osteopathic principles, Thomas hopes to inspire and assist people in being able to live their best quality of life. He is driven by the reward of improving functionality and relieving pain for his patients.
Thomas's personal interests include football, surfing and tennis. He enjoys spending time with family and friends and loves to travel.

EVA PARNELL
MASSAGE THERAPIST
Eva is a qualified massage therapist and is currently studying a Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Melbourne Institute of Massage Therapy, in the lead up to an advanced diploma of Myotherapy. She has a passion for working with people of all ages and abilities to achieve their own definition of health and to feel in tune with their body.
Eva uses a range of techniques such as cupping, MLD, trigger points, stretching and myofascial release in her treatments to reduce pain and discomfort as well as increase range of motion for a more balanced body. Preventative care is at the heart of how she treats. While she loves to help people manage their current discomforts, she is equally enthusiastic about helping them maintain their health in the long term and empowers them to take control of their health in the now. She believes that massage is both beneficial for its manual benefits as well as mental benefits.
Eva loves to keep as active as she can, going to the gym, running and swimming. In the last two years she has participated in the Melbourne half and full marathon. She also loves spending time at the beach, in nature and loves good food.
DARCIE ALDERWICK ***On Maternity Leave

Darcie is an Accredited Practising Nutritionist with a Bachelor of Food and Nutrition Sciences, Majoring in Physical Activity and Health (BNutr).
Throughout Darcie’s studies at Deakin University, she specialised in weight management and sports nutrition. Since graduating, she has worked with children and teens, young women, older adults, athletes, persons with disability and everything in between.
Darcie has been working with clients to develop healthier eating habits and behaviours; through undoing diets, helping clients understand the psychological aspect around food and empowering people to make their own healthy and sustainable choices.
Her holistic, non-diet approach strongly advocates not one size fits all and healthy eating doesn’t need to be made hard. Her love of food is strong, and her recipes are the perfect balance of health, taste and convenience.
JAMIE TAYLOR ***On Maternity Leave

Jamie is a qualified naturopath having completed her Bachelor of Health Science (BHSc) at Southern School of Natural Therapies.
Jamie is passionate about integrating science with the healing power of nature to ensure her clients achieve optimal health and wellbeing. Having experienced her own health issues for numerous years, Jamie understands what it is like to be both the patient and practitioner.
As a naturopath, Jamie uses a holistic approach to treatment, priding herself on identifying the root cause of disharmony within the body. Her key areas of interest include reproductive health and fertility, digestive health and healing, as well as cardiovascular and metabolic conditions.
On her days off Jamie enjoys heading out into nature, if she’s not at work she is at the beach or out walking her groodle (Peggy) and puggle (Nigel). She loves good quality food and socialising with family and friends.
